Role Summary:
Primary responsibilities for this role will support GreenSky strategy by analyzing and improving contact center performance. The incumbent will source and mine data for analysis and reporting fulfilling on the strategic vision of continuous improvement and real-time scorecards. Incumbent will work closely with key leaders across all operational business units to support their objectives, identify improvement opportunities, and improve KPI performance.

As part of the technical writing team, you will be responsible for writing, editing, and maintaining policies and procedures for all areas of Operations, e.g., Collections, Customer Service, and Fraud Operations. You will work with business partners to write new documentation, perform periodic content reviews of existing documentation to ensure relevancy and accuracy, and secure appropriate approvals prior to publishing to internal repository for distribution to appropriate audiences.
In addition to writing and maintaining all Operations policies and procedures, this team is responsible for various parts of customer-facing communications, i.e., preparing materials for the weekly committee meetings and managing the inventory and repository for all customer-facing communications.

The Senior Instructional Designer (ID) manages the workflow of course development/design processes, reviews and evaluates course design, and applies best practices related to analyzes, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of instructional courses, assessments, job aids, and other learning deliverables for associates in all areas of GreenSky’s Operations. In addition to creating deliverables for all phases of the course creation lifecycle, the Senior ID may also supervise the instructional design staff to ensure training initiatives reflect continuity and sound instructional design practices. This is achieved by establishing or leveraging a style guide, templates and burndown charts with the use of educational technologies for face to face delivery, action learning course platforms, e-learning courses, videos, and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and other learning products, with a focus on incorporating a variety of media and learning methods to create an effective learning environment. This person is responsible for ensuring that quality standards are integrated consistently through training approaches and material for the Learning and Development Department.

The Credit Strategy team manages consumer and merchant risk across all our verticals and products. We enable profitable growth through the development of profitable decision-making frameworks, the creation of predictive models and segmentation, and the design of customer servicing and merchant management strategies.
The team is structured under following core functions:
- Consumer Credit Risk Management: Monitor consumer loan portfolios and optimize profit based on consumer loan performance
- Merchant Risk Management: merchant risk management throughout the merchant lifecycle from underwriting to ongoing merchant management
- Fraud Risk: Evaluate consumer and merchant applications and transactions for fraud risk and develop strategies to minimize fraud losses
- Collections Strategy: Analyze high risk and delinquent accounts and develop strategies to maximize collections and recoveries
