Position: Project Manager

 

About This Opportunity:

The Project Manager is accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of complex, cross‑functional strategic Initiatives that drive critical business outcomes. This role owns execution from initiation through completion and is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with full transparency.

 

This position requires a strong ownership mindset, disciplined execution, and the ability to operate effectively in fast paced, and regulated enterprise environments. The Project Manager is expected to surface risks early, drive decisions, and ensure leadership has clear visibility into delivery health at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own projects from project intake through closure, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, and outcomes
  • Ensure alignment amongst team to deliver projects per desired goals, outcomes and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines
  • Hold cross‑functional teams and leadership accountable to commitments and timelines
  • Lead, influence and partner with teams across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and external partners without direct authority
  • Resolve conflicts and remove blockers in service of delivery outcomes
  • Set expectations for urgency, accountability, and execution discipline
  • Identifies and mitigates risk early, maintain a clear path to delivery, and escalate when necessary
  • Track and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and Risk Assumptions Issues Dependencies (RAID)
  • Consistently drives clarity on projects, surfaces impacts, and forces decisions
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise project management standards and governance requirements
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking (including external party budget)
  • Maintain audit‑ready documentation and delivery artifacts

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience in enterprise, financial services, fintech, or highly regulated environments
  • Proven experience delivering high‑visibility, high‑risk initiatives
  • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and financial controls
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Proven experience leveraging AI tools (MS Office 365 preferable) to create project artifacts, etc.
  • Experience managing ambiguity and driving execution in complex environments
  • Strong proficiency with project plans, Risk Assumptions Issues Dependencies (RAID) logs, dashboards, and executive reporting
  • Comfortable operating in waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery models
  • Data‑driven approach to problem solving, status reporting, and decision support
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets to achieve project goals
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration is preferred

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this role ranges from $95,000 per year to $136,200 per year. Compensation will be determined by several factors, including relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus within a comprehensive total rewards package, alongside a full suite of medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and paid personal/sick time.
