Position: IT Operations Intern

 

 

Location: Hybrid (3-days in our Sandy Springs office/2-days remote)

 

 

Overview: This is a great opportunity for an IT Operations intern to join our Enterprise Tools team.

Our Internship Program will run from May 18, 2026-August 7, 2026

Duties & Responsibilities

You can expect to develop confidence and marketable skills by engaging in or assisting with many of the following activities:

  • Manage and maintain various enterprise tools, including but not limited to monitoring tools, collaboration tools, ticketing systems, and other productivity tools.
  • Work with other IT teams to integrate the enterprise tools with other systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to the enterprise tools and their configurations.

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Pursuit of bachelor's degree with analytics and programming focus
  • Drive to perform and intellectual curiosity to learn is paramount.
  • Self‐directed and motivated.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.

 

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base hourly rate for this role is $20.00 per hour for students pursuing an undergraduate degree and $25.00 per hour for students pursuing a graduate degree.
