Overview: The GreenSky Strategic Relations Team encompasses the firm’s Bank Partner and Capital Markets efforts.  The Capital Markets team implements the Company’s asset liquidity strategy, working closely with internal and external partners to coordinate asset funding through credit facilities and distribution through the asset-backed securitization (ABS) market, forward flow sales and other channels.

The role’s responsibilities include: (a) coordinating the forecasting of loan portfolio funding, balances and performance for internal stakeholders, bank partners in the GreenSky Program and institutional investors, among others; (b) developing and implementing strategies to maintain compliance within various funding commitments; (c) building tools to create portfolios for potential capital markets transactions; (d) supporting GreenSky-sponsored capital markets transactions, including ABS; and (e) maintaining a consolidated asset funding forecast.
