Position: Senior Business Analyst - Sales Compensation
Job Overview:
The Senior Business Analyst – Sales Compensation will work in a hybrid role responsible for sales compensation and managing data, analytics and reporting for the GSCP Sales team. This role will work to execute tasks associated with data management, sales compensation, sales planning and forecasting, productivity measurement, process improvement, program development and other financial analysis. The Senior Business Analyst – Sales Compensation will also take a direct role in the compilation and presentation of data; development & maintenance of departmental reporting & dashboards; administration, support and optimization of salesforce.com & other related sales technologies; and development of supporting documentation and job aids. This role reports to the Vice President of Sales Operations.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
*Remote with 1 in office day each week: Mondays
Organization: This position is member of the Sales Operations team and reports directly to the Vice President of Sales Operations.
