Position: Debt Collections Specialist - Phone Agent
Location: 100% Remote Position. (Work-from-home equipment is provided.)
Start date: March 24, 2025 (Apply today for immediate consideration)
Pay rate: Hourly rate is $18-$19 per hour, based on experience and degree. It can be up to $20 per hour if you are bilingual in Spanish or if you have a bachelor’s degree or higher, with 5+ years of collections experience.
Overview: As a Debt Collection Specialist, you will work with past due Customers on a daily basis, identifying the reason for inquiry or delinquency and assisting the Customer in remediating any issues. The incumbent will handle both inbound and outbound calls and is accountable for accurately updating account entries. Additional duties may include initiating processes (I.E. extensions, bankruptcy, skip-tracing, SCRA, etc.) through the proper identification of events/opportunities.

*** Training: Must be available 9am-6pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday for the first 5 weeks of training/nesting. No time off is granted during this period.
