Shifts: M-F, hours may vary.

  • On-site/hybrid

 

Location: Glenridge Office in Atlanta, Georgia. Little, if any travel required.

 

Organizational: This position reports to the Director Operations Accounting.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of payments (and payment returns) from multiple channels to customer accounts in the System of Record each day.
  • Maintain oversight of Unapplied Payment Tracker.
  • Monitor Salesforce cases for credit balance accounts and process refunds in compliance with corporate policy.
  • Process financial operations requests from Customer Service and other Operations groups.
  • Work Mail directed to the team: Unprocessed payments from the Lockbox, new payments, etc.
  • Other related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or management as required.

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of back office or operational functions of Payment services industry (Lockbox, Bill pay, payment returns).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with good attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with FastTrack and Salesforce system desired.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently to meet critical business deadlines.
  • Team-player capable of working both collaboratively and independently with willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • College or associate degree preferred.
