Position Overview

The Director of Strategic Initiatives is a key leader responsible for driving the Sales Organization’s most critical cross-functional projects and initiatives. This role focuses on aligning strategies with business objectives, managing strategic planning processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of high-priority programs. The Director collaborates closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and track key performance metrics.

Duties & Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategic sales initiatives that align with company objectives and market opportunities
  • Develop and manage sales transformation programs to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and revenue growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects that enhance sales capabilities and performance
  • Create and maintain sales analytics frameworks to measure program effectiveness and ROI
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and develop action plans
  • Drive adoption of new sales methodologies, tools, and processes across the organization
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and strategic partners

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, strategy, or consulting
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Excellence in project management and cross-functional team leadership
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
