Position Overview
The Director of Strategic Initiatives is a key leader responsible for driving the Sales Organization’s most critical cross-functional projects and initiatives. This role focuses on aligning strategies with business objectives, managing strategic planning processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of high-priority programs. The Director collaborates closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and track key performance metrics.
