Position:    Workforce Analyst 

Location:    Remote

Overview: The Workforce Analyst partners with the team members and stakeholders to provide reporting and analytical support for business operations. The individual will make strategic and tactical recommendations to improve business performance and drive efficiency.

• Conduct quantitative analysis and analyze large volumes of data to identify operational performance trends.
• Clearly and concisely communicate analysis results through effective written and verbal communication.
• Develop dashboard reports to monitor business performance.
• Perform root cause analysis of changing trends to identify performance drivers.
• Drive a consistent data environment for analytics, delivering end to end analyses.

• 2+ years’ experience in a relevant analytical/quantitative role.
• Ability to manage large datasets using SQL, R, Python, or another similar programming language.
• Experience using a data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Persistent, confident, and inquisitive personality
• Skilled communicator with ability to influence a variety of stakeholders.
• Degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science etc.
