Position:    Sponsor Marketing Coordinator


Location:    Atlanta, GA




As the Sponsor Marketing Coordinator, you will support team operations and administrative coordination for key marketing initiatives including digital marketing, events, direct mail, manage marketing collateral and promotional items, provide analytic support and competitive intelligence, and manage the department budget and invoicing. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced Marketing environment, while developing leadership and marketing management skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day at GreenSky will involve:

  • Assist with implementing marketing campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising tactics, planning and organizing promotional presentations.
  • Assist with executing general marketing email communication
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating with graphics department and vendors; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Work with the marketing team to assist in adhoc day-to-day requests/activities (event planning, writing, analysis, budget tracking, SFDC, general issues/questions, etc.)
  • Maintains the marketing promotional calendar, coordinating team assets for multi-channel campaigns
  • Responsible for team invoicing/billing

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • B2B marketing experience (1-2 years)
  • Digital marketing experience (1-2 years)
  • Event/tradeshow planning
  • Familiarity with SEM, Social media and email marketing a plus
  • Competency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (i.e. Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot)
  • Proactive with strong drive to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and related applications
  • Superior communication skills and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Relevant undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
