Position: Client Growth Manager
Role Summary:
GreenSky is seeking a Client Growth Manager to actively manage and drive growth, profitability and satisfaction within a defined portfolio of up to 400 accounts in key industry verticals such as Home Improvement, Furniture, etc. These relationships will be with Dealers, Merchants and/or Retailers who offer GreenSky consumer financing to their customers. Once the sales person delivers an approved application (contract), it is the CGM’s responsibility to train and enroll, as well as build a trusting relationship from the start. The CGM will utilize many tools to contact and ensure program activation, and reinforce how GreenSky financing can increase their sales and delight their customers. For key sponsor relationships (large organization or industry association endorses GreenSky as their preferred financing partner), we may require the CGM to proactively call a pre-qualified list to secure the application directly.
We are looking for an individual who has a strong customer focus, an ability to be consultative and an orientation toward driving results. Based on daily interaction CGMs will identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the company. This individual will be a part of an industry vertical team (as outlined above) and will work very closely with the sales team to support the transition, training and implementation for every new relationship, with the responsibility to nurture and grow the business following the sale. The ideal candidate will have existing relationship management experience, perhaps with some sales experience, especially within the key industry verticals.
