Position: Account Executive (Atlanta)

Role Summary:

Responsible for the Dealer Services with regards to onboarding, driving growth and follow-up communication.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain organization of dealer sales cycle and processes utilizing Salesforce.com and other tools
  • Identification of opportunities for Dealer improvement, specifically within the sales organization
  • Identification of opportunities for enhanced Customer experience, specifically relating to Dealer Feedback
  • Ability for thorough follow-up
  • Ability to understand reporting metrics and Key Performance Indicators

Travel: Less than 10%

Organizational: This position reports is a member of the Inside Sales department.

Required Skills/Qualifications

 

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service
  • PC and IP troubleshooting experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
  • Strong decision making and analytical abilities
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues over the phone
  • Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Team player
