Location: Work From Home (Must live within 200 miles of Atlanta, GA, Phoenix, AZ or Crestview Hills, KY to be considered)
Organization: This position is a member of the Customer Service Operations team and reports to the Front Line Manager, Customer Service.
Shifts: Shifts are primarily 9 hours with a 1 hour unpaid lunch, with a start time from 8:00am - 12:00pm. Most agents are required to work at least 1 weekend day per week. The call center is open 363 days/year, we are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
