Overview

Position:    Cloud Telecom Engineer I

 

Location:   Remote - U.S.

 

Overview: 

GreenSky seeks to recruit a Cloud Telecom Engineer to assist in the design and delivery of new features, functionality of the GreenSky IVR and ACD platforms.

  • Strong verbal/written communication & facilitation skills. Must be able to help business counterparts in finding optimal solutions and to communicate clearly with peers
  • Ability to take a requirement document, work through any ambiguity and follow through to implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to understand complex architectures and be comfortable working with multiple teams
  • Strong work ethic and a team player
  • Enthusiasm toward technology, willingness to learn

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implement Genesys Cloud platform configurations, changes, and deployments to production.
  • IVR development and Genesys cloud administration
  • Develop and manage IVR platform using Genesys Cloud Architect and enhance call flows
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, manage Genesys Cloud incident tickets, and resolve system issues.
  • Manage daily campaigns, users, queues, and other configurations
  • Engage in the larger group responsible for the Genesys platform by providing adequate support through a growing business and providing insights for process improvements.

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Must have 1 to 5 years’ experience in any contact center solution. (Genesys Cloud, Cisco, CVP, Avaya, Five 9, Amazon Connect, Livevox, Aspect, Asterix and Open source platforms).
  • Basic level JavaScript,HTML,python
  • SQL queries
  • Computer science graduate or self-learned
  • Critical thinker, self-starter, clear and concise communicator with advanced verbal and presentation skills.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment strongly preferred, ideally within fintech or financial services.
  • Genesys Certified Professional certification preferred.
  • HTML, JavaScript skills preferred.
