Position:   Sales Operations Specialist


Job Overview: 


GreenSky is seeking an intelligent, organized, and hard-working Sales Operations Specialist to support the Sales department as we continue to scale our business. In this role, you’ll provide support that will ensure efficient and effective administrative operations. This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to learn how to scale a multi-billion-dollar business firsthand and either a) advance their career in sales operations, or b) use the role as management training experience for other career opportunities at GreenSky and beyond.  The ideal candidate thrives in task-oriented work, solving puzzles, and creating improvements to processes.  This is a fast-paced role where you learn and get to apply what you learn very frequently. 


Location:            Atlanta, Georgia



Organization:    This position is member of the Sales Operations team and reports directly to the Director of Sales Operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Using to merge records to ensure proper crediting to sales individuals
  • Create and update various reports in
  • Using to create parent/child accounts
  • Maintain Merchant report subscriptions
  • Maintain sales rosters and Outlook distribution groups
  • Monthly PowerPoint updates for large Merchants (3)
  • Owning internal incentive award program
  • Basic data management (updating records)
  • Work with the Marketing team to plan and organize collateral for various trade shows
  • Develop, proofread and edit Sales materials, dealer training and Rate sheets
  • Assist with other sales ops tasks as needed
  • Own the routing of Agreements/ Contracts (execute appropriate signatures, route through legal, etc)
  • Expense report management
  • Purchase Orders creation

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Less than 3 years of professional experience in this type of role

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and ability to thoroughly follow-through on tasks
  • Able to proactively anticipate needs and adjust plans based on contingencies that arise
  • Work well under pressure to get things done while still being diplomatic and collaborative
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
