Position: Sr Account Executive, Solar  

 

Role Summary:

Responsible for new business acquisition and driving growth within the Solar space.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain organization of Solar dealer sales cycle and processes utilizing Salesforce.com and other tools
  • Conducting full sales cycle to acquire new Solar logos
  • Identification of opportunities for Dealer improvement, specifically within the Account Management organization
  • Identification of opportunities for enhanced Customer experience, specifically relating to Dealer Feedback
  • Ability for thorough follow-up
  • Ability to understand reporting metrics and Key Performance Indicators

 

Location: Remote

 

Travel: More than 50%. 

 

Organizational: This position is a member of the Outside Sales department and will report to Director of Outside Sales, Reid Benjamin.

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • 2-3 years in residential solar sales industry
  • Possess strong understanding of solar industry
  • Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
  • Strong decision making and analytical abilities
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues over the phone
  • Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Salesforce expertise a plus
  • PC and IP troubleshooting experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
