    The Collections System Administrator is responsible for the oversight and daily operation of the CMC Collections System which includes but is not limited to various report writing and/or management, que assignments, credential management and other duties as assigned.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the implementation, oversight and day to day operation of the Collections System
    • Implementation of various strategies using guidelines established by department leadership.
    • Report Creation, Management and Analysis
    • Create and Edit work flows and queuing structures/strategies
    • Other tasks as assigned by the Dialer/WFM Operations Manager and/or Department Leadership
    • Structuring Boolean queries
    • Develop maintain and review complex strategy design within Collections CRM
    • Develop and implement reporting capabilities to provide maximum utility and analysis of information
    • Manage all processes on that impact Collections CRM
    • Troubleshoot any errors that arise with system that integrates with CRM
    • Create and communicate project plans in a timely manner and facilitate data collections requirements for CRM enhancements
    • Work with peers and interdepartmentally to define and improve processes

    Required Skills/Qualifications

    • Ability to setup dialing processes in morning or implement intraday changes as necessary Problem-solving skills
    • In-depth knowledge of computer systems
    • Ability to describe information in easy to understand terms
    • Monitoring network efficiency
    • Ability to implement strategies while having a strong attention to detail
    • Previous system conversion experience with the understanding of how systems interact with each other
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Ability to work a non-traditional work schedule
    • Knowledge of Telephony/Cloud Based Dialer Systems (LiveVox preferred)
    • Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
    • Strong organization and interpersonal skills
    • Strong communication skills including email, chat, and verbal

    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

    Required Qualifications:
    • Undergraduate degree or 1-3 years relative experience

    • Previous experience with running predictive dialer systems and associated systems
    • Experience with utilizing Microsoft Access, Excel
    • Understanding of Pivot Tables and Power BI
    • Previous knowledge of workforce management platforms





    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree computer science preferred
    • Strong analytics skills
    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Competencies
    • Advanced level experience with utilizing Microsoft Excel
    • Experience with utilizing Microsoft Access or other database systems (Microsoft SQL, Oracle, etc.)
    • Experience with Katabat (CMC) collections system

    • Experience with LiveVox CRM

    • Experience with utilizing Microsoft Word
    • Experience with utilizing Microsoft Outlook
    • Experience in automating manual tasks
