    Position:   QA Team Lead

     

    Role Summary:   The QA Team Lead position is responsible for providing guidance and support to the level I and II Quality Coaches, responsible for training new Quality Coaches and providing reporting to the Operations Teams.  The QA Team lead will also be responsible for providing Nexidia administrative support, including but not limited to, adding/removing users, resetting user passwords, building queries, building reports, and investigating issues with the Nexidia system and creating tickets for Nexidia.

     

    Location:   Crestview Hills, Kentucky

     

    Travel:        None.

     

    Organizational:   This position is a member of the QA team and will report to the Manager of Quality Assurance in the Operations department.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Oversee new team member training
    • Provide support to Quality Coaches and be seen as a mentor for the Quality Coaches
    • Provide monthly reporting to the Operations Teams as well as Management
    • Develop new reports and modify existing reports in accordance with business needs
    • Collaborate with the Reporting Team to identify and resolve data issues as issues arise
    • Identify, research and troubleshoot issues that are dependent on data workflow
    • Prioritize analytic demands through the enterprise
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Qualifications

    Required Skills & Qualifications continued:

    • Excellent research and problem solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Competent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to document issues and issue resolution
    • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment or on individual tasks.
    • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • High school diploma/GED required.
    • College degree preferred.
