    GreenSky is seeking a Regional Account Manager to actively manage and drive growth, service and provide individual providers (corporate and service locations) outstanding support leading to a high level of satisfaction with our program. These relationships will be with Providers who offer GreenSky Patient Solutions consumer financing to their healthcare clientele. The Account Manager will utilize many tools to contact and ensure program activation, and reinforce how GreenSky Patient Solutions financing can help them assist more patients accept optimal care & grow their businesses.  

    We are looking for an individual who has a strong customer focus, a consultative sales approach and an orientation toward driving results and growing business. Based on daily interaction the Account Manager will identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the company.  This individual will be a part of an industry vertical team (as outlined above) and will work very closely with the Patient Solution Sales Team to support the transition, training and implementation for new relationships, and to foster existing relationships and ideal use of the GreenSky Patient Solutions Program with the responsibility to nurture and grow the business. The ideal candidate will have existing relationship management and sales experience.

     

    Location:  Las Vegas with 50% travel expected to AZ as needed

     

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Maintain proactive relationship and growth strategies within a designated client portfolio
    • Conduct and lead training and enrollment activities to ensure readiness to use GreenSky Patient Solutions
    • Develop a strong understanding of the key vertical(s) and knowledge of the client's industry
    • Foster engagement and optimal use of the GreenSky Patient Solutions program within designated accounts
    • Utilize all tools provided (tel., email, merchant portal, etc.) for frequent connection and support
    • Drive revenue and growth on a monthly basis
    • Manage your activity and processes within Salesforce.com
    • Resolve disputes, GS customer complaints/refunds and account inquiries; while leveraging support teams
    • Manage high revenue based and multi-location opportunities to meet revenue and margin growth strategies
    • Monitor and audit accounts within the assigned portfolio to ensure compliance and report findings

    Required Skills/Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree or similar; good grasp of figures and/or financing terms
    • 3-5+ years Sales and/or relationship management experience; preferably within financing or payments space in a quota bearing position
    • Proven track record of success and ability to detail your success
    • Strong disposition to deliver a professional, positive image over the phone and in person
    • Ability to consult, question and diagnose a client’s needs and follow through to resolution
    • Experience in Salesforce.com
    • Experience in Healthcare preferred
