    The Director of Demand Generation Programs develops and executes demand generation programs that drive interest, engagement, conversion and enrollment of high-value clients to the GreenSky platform. This role leads the overall go-to-market strategy for key client segments, implements multi-channel lead generation and acquisition campaigns, drives current merchant share of wallet growth, and optimizes future campaign ROI and KPIs.  The Director of Demand Generation Programs works closely with business leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Analytics to drive attributable revenue. Key marketing functions include digital marketing, e-mail marketing, direct mail, and sales enablement tools.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation- Plan, develop, and execute a multi-channel lead generation program and activities that create a large volume of qualified leads and inbound demand from our target market segments.
    • Direct Mail- Plan and execute direct mail activities by identifying existing prospects to be targeted for outreach, managing collateral design, driving execution, and reporting on campaign results.
    • Digital Marketing- Test, evaluate, and implement digital marketing capabilities, including paid search, display, social and retargeting across core digital channels.
    • Lead Nurturing- Build and manage lifecycle engagement plans to drive merchant adoption and activation, and re-engage under-performing accounts. Use marketing automation and CRM for lead management, sales insight, and pipeline analytics.
    • Sales Support- Work closely with sales leadership to design campaigns to support GreenSky customer acquisition activities across multiple functional areas of the sales organization.
    • Campaign effectiveness: Analyze performance of campaigns and inside sales metrics, deliver reporting that defines and tracks key metrics to measure effectiveness and campaign ROI.

    Required Skills/Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing required, Master’s preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience planning, launching, and managing data-driven demand generation programs in a B2B setting using multiple channels, including email, paid media, telemarketing, and direct mail.
    • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems (specifically Marketo and SFDC).
    • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities - comfortable developing reports in Excel and experience reconciling internal data with partner reported outcomes.
    • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to work with leaders cross functionally.
    • Experience leading and motivating a team.
    • Ability to adapt to new situations and execute in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
    • Knowledge of industry best practices for sales and marketing operations, automation and workflow processes; understanding & experience with lead management, lead scoring, and nurturing.
