    GreenSky is expanding its E-commerce and Specialty Retail capabilities, and is looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales. The ideal candidate has a “never quit” attitude and is passionate about seeing the vision of GreenSky realized by launching customized programs that exceed all expectations of our partners. As brand stewards, our partners entrust in GreenSky with the ability to optimize the point-of-sale through and this position is a key player.  This position reports to the Vice President of Specialty Retail.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    What you’ll do:

    • Systematically engage prospective merchants, align our solutions with their financing needs and close deals
    • Generate new business opportunities for GreenSky in areas like Health & Fitness Equipment, Outdoor Recreation / Sporting Goods, Premium Travel, Home Goods and many more specialty retail categories
    • Contact owners / executives of enterprise-level organizations across many different specialty retail subcategories
    • Build strong network across merchant aggregators, VC/PE, RFP consulting firms, and industry associations
    • Proactively develop sales and value propositions that will create benefit to key target companies
    • Work closely with our Sales Support, Implementation and Client Success teams
    • Develop a plan to attack your target accounts systematically and thoroughly
    • Collaborate with leadership to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the goal of setting quality meetings
    • Make a ton of outbound activities - we are looking for someone who wants to control their own destiny and take action to achieve it
    • “Customer Obsession” will fuel your need to help your retail merchants understand how GreenSky can be a strategic “game-changer” for their business
    • Focus on helping merchants drive incremental sales and take their business to the next level

    Required Skills/Qualifications

    • Excellent Work Ethic and Time Management Skills
    • Proven track record of sales success and ability to detail your success
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent training – MBA a plus
    • 5+ years of successful direct selling experience
    • 3+ years of B2B or related industry experience
    • Ability to travel 50%
    • Strong written and verbal skills; public speaking experience
    • You love metrics and data
    • You thrive in a space where creativity, innovation and a good challenge are part of everyday life
    • Excellent communicator, but even better listener
    • You work well with others, like to strategize and plan out creative methods to generate more business opportunities
    • Problem solver (as opposed to a problem spotter)
    • Strong closing skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Salesforce.com experience
    • Experience selling credit, Fintech, E-commerce / software solutions
    • Strong passion for Retail and E-commerce
