    Position:  Back Office:  Request Fulfillment Team Lead

     

     

    Duties & Responsibilities

     

    • Train new team members.
    • Audit daily work of Fulfillment reps, reviewing for any errors or improvements in processes the team can follow.
    • Assist with escalations from various internal and external clients including the Credit Team, CST and Call Center representatives to facilitate various account management tasks.
    • Assist with Salesforce queues as needed
    • Adhere to established policies, procedures and legal requirements.
    • Assist with any daily, weekly or monthly reporting as needed
    • Communicate sensitive issues to senior personnel and management.
    • Work on special projects as assigned.

     

    Shifts:  Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

     

    Location:  Atlanta, Georgia.

     

    Organizational:  This position is a member of the Operations Team and reports to the Back Office Front Line Manager.

    Required Skills/Qualifications

    • HS diploma/GED
    • Moderate Microsoft Excel skills.
    • 1-3 years Back office experience
    • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
    • Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
    • Proficient in the use of Big Money and Comdata.
    • Strong technical acumen.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to troubleshoot.
    • Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
    • Team player.
