  • Overview

    The Sales Enablement Trainer is responsible for the onboarding and development of key sales team members including Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Client Growth Managers, and Sales Managers. The success of the Sales Enablement Trainer will be measured by the ability to successfully:

    1. Develop clear, compelling, and targeted training content
    2. Conduct engaging and interactive training delivery
    3. Manage multi-touch training initiatives from the Assessment, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation stages.
    4. Coach and development sales reps to reach highest potential
    5. Coach to KPI as defined by Sales department.

    The Sales Enablement Trainer will report to the Sales Education Manager in our Atlanta office with 10% travel required. 


    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Ongoing sales skills training
    • Technical training on the use of sales tools
    • Industry and product training
    • In-booth coaching and small group sessions
    • Assist with new hire onboarding and training
    • Developing content including presentations, job aides, training manuals, and interactive tools.
    • Managing use of the Sales Learning Management System

    Required Skills/Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in Sales Training & Coaching
    • Excellent Platform Skills
    • Robust Business and Sales Acumen
    • Instructional Design Experience leveraging the A.D.D.I.E model
    • Robust knowledge of the 4 levels of Learning Evaluations
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint
    • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
    • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) is preferred
    • 4-year degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Behavior, or Psychology a plus
