    We’re looking for a proven marketing leader in the home improvement vertical who is not content with only managing a team, but who also has the “roll up your sleeves” work ethic and looking to make an impact with an already high-performing team.

    Duties & Responsibilities

     

    A typical day at GreenSky will involve:

    • Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Demand Generation Marketing
    • Owning strategic partnership marketing initiatives designed to drive pipeline, revenue and adoption
    • Working closely with sales leadership, channel partners and named accounts in achieving revenue goals and pipeline targets
    • Working in lock-step with channel partners to execute revenue-driving marketing programs, assess program effectiveness and deepen relationship GreenSky
    • Creating a cadence of regular reporting for key internal and Sponsor-side executives to track performance and measure ROI, adjusting as needed
    • Being a key conduit of information between the marketing team, enterprise sales, product marketing and other go-to-market functions
    • Working hand-in-hand with the Campaign Marketing, Content & Digital, Marketing Operations and Product Marketing teams to develop integrated plans

    Required Skills/Qualifications

    You are the ideal candidate if you:

    • Have a 5-7 year successful track record of leading a team of field and channel marketers in a high-growth, opportunity-rich environment
    • Can meticulously define, design and execute data-driven marketing programs with modern best practices and cutting-edge marketing technology
    • Have field and channel marketing experience including a proven track record in developing integrated plans with a mixed go-to-market model
    • Enjoy event/activity design, selection, planning, execution and comprehensive ROI reporting
    • Are familiar and proficient with both CRM (salesforce.com), marketing automation tools (i.e. Marketo) and project/task management tools (i.e. Asana)
    • Border on obsessive when it comes to marketing analytics and optimizing ROI
    • Love change and can adapt and execute rapidly in a fast paced environment
    • Earned a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing/business or any related field from an accredited institution or equivalent
