The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the human resource needs of supported business unit(s) and implementation of best practices to support achievement of corporate business objectives within a call center environment. Involvement includes but is not limited to, employee relations, performance management, on site benefit support, organization development, training, maintenance and monitoring of local, state, and federal reporting and postings, FMLA oversight, and special projects.
Travel: Less than 10%
Organizational: This position is a member of the Human Resources team and reports to the Director, Human Resources.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience as a Human Resources Generalist or in a progressive HR role, or the equivalent combination of education and work experience. Previous experience in a call center environment strongly preferred. The following skills and traits are required:
