    Seeking a creatively talented Product Designer (UX/UI) with a strong background in IA, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, as well as understanding business requirements and technical limitations. The ideal designer for this team has experience building service-oriented consumer products. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced team for all internal departments, from IT, PMO, Consumer Direct, Sales, and Customer Service Portals.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Ability to revise and iterate on designs based on design reviews, usability testing, A/B testing, customer support feedback, and usage data
    • Work with internal departments to design and visualize the future of our end-to-end customer experience
    • Design usable and elegant product experiences across all types of devices/platforms
    • Strategic product thinking and design vision: how it should look and how it should work

    Required Skills/Qualifications

    • Seven or more years of UX/UI design experience
    • Experience building excellent consumer products
    • Have a full spectrum of skills from UX, interaction and visual design skills which can be used to create elegant solutions
    • Experience with web design and visual design
    • Expertise in standard design software such as Balsamiq, Sketch, Adobe CC and InVision. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
    • Innovative skills in illustration, imagery, typography and diagrammatic expertise and iconography are an advantage
    • Strong presentation and communication skills to work with clients to understand requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision
    • Ability to clearly vocalize and effectively justify design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
    • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile first and responsive web design
    • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
    • A clear understanding of the importance of User Centered Design and design thinking
    • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
    • Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design and all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry?s latest trends and technologies
    • Be team oriented with the ability to work independently and assertively to meet aggressive deadlines
    • Be a self-starter who identifies opportunities and potential problems ? addressing them effectively and efficiently
    • Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customers
    • Be creative and have strong attention to detail
    • Knowledge of ADA Compliance
    • Knowledge of mobile, tablet and desktop platforms
    • Fluent in English
